1. Acceptance

By installing and using HueMetrics, you agree to these Terms of Service. HueMetrics is a Shopify application that provides color analytics for your product catalog.

2. Service Description

HueMetrics analyzes product images in your Shopify store to extract color data, track color-based revenue, and provide merchandising recommendations. The service is available in Free and Pro tiers.

3. Pricing & Billing

• Free plan: Color Audit, basic trend tracking, and industry benchmarks at no cost.
• Pro plan: $14.99/month billed through Shopify. You can cancel anytime through your Shopify admin.

All charges are processed by Shopify's billing system. We do not handle payment information directly.

4. Data & Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your store data. We do NOT store customer PII.

5. Accuracy

Color analytics and recommendations are provided as informational guidance. HueMetrics does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Recommendations are based on algorithmic analysis and industry benchmarks and should be used alongside your own business judgment.

6. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. HueMetrics depends on your Shopify store's API availability.

7. Termination

You may uninstall HueMetrics at any time. Upon uninstallation, your subscription is cancelled and all stored data is deleted within 48 hours. We reserve the right to terminate service for violations of these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of HueMetrics after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
